Christmas Lunch

It's hard to believe Christmas is over so quickly. We have had our real Christmas dinner on Boxing Day and I did manage to make some bread.....I made French sticks, not as light as I would have liked them as I think I may have over handled them, I wasn't quite sure on the instructions. The menu consisted of arancini with salad for entree, then roast lamb, roast turkey, roast sweet potato and pumpkin, roast potatoes and green beans for main, and for dessert we had cheesecake which I have made heaps of times and is delicious. It was nice to have everyone at the dinner table, even my papa sat in his urn in the middle as our centre piece. Some people may think this was a little weird but really it was ok and everyone was fine with it and mum was content he was there.
